NotesA fine tree grown with plenty of room to develop, possibly in a former orchard which is why it is next to a mature apple tree.  Although it does flower and walnuts develop, you are unlikely harvest walnuts from this tree because the squirrels get there first.  Not a true native, Walnut trees were introduced so long ago by the Romans that they have become naturalised.
