NotesFrom one side this looks a fine, open grown specimen, but it is fighting for space with the large Red Oak planted too close.  With a girth of about 2.5m, this tree is between 70 and 100 years old.  Sadly, some other Horse Chestnuts in the Lawns area have been lost to a combination of Bleeding Canker and Leaf Miner, but this tree seems to be in robust health and should be able to fight off infection.  More about Horse Chestnuts if you click here.info
